DEVELOPERS’ CHOICE

As in Users’ Choice, here too we’ve created a Developers’ Choice Club. For tools to be eligible for this Club, they must have a UPI of at least 10. For this, we take the maximum number of actual votes obtained by the winner, and then normalize the votes of the remaining choices against that. For instance, if the winner has obtained 50 votes and the runner up has obtained 25, then their UPIs would be 100 and 50 respectively. Since the runner up gets a UPI of 50, it qualifies to be a part of the club. With that, let’s see who the winners are.
