BANGALORE, INDIA: Spring Model View
Controller (MVC) 3.0, the latest edition of Spring MVC, is a framework
that provides easy integration of other technologies and frameworks.
Moreover, it also provides its framework to develop web applications.
Spring MVC 3.0 avoids lots of
configurations, moreover, there is no need to create servlets, since it
already has a Dispatcher Servlet, says Prabhu Sundaraman,
software mentor & corporate trainer, Durasoft, while speaking at
the SPARK IT 2010 here today.
While Spring 2.5 scratched the surface of annotations, Spring MVC 3.0
provides a suite of annotations. Though Spring 3.0 doesn't have any
in-built support for Ajax, it supports REST (Representational State
Transfer).
