According to the report, Apple plans to add the upcoming Apple Silicon chip M3 to the iPad Pro lineup. These iPad Pros, coded J717, J718, J720, and J721, are expected to debut in 2024 and mainly have OLED screens. This is in line with a previous report by Omdia that suggests a similar development.

Gurman also revealed that the upcoming iPad Pro will be available in two sizes: 11 inches and 13 inches. This represents a slight departure from the current 12.9-inch model, which Apple offers at a significant price of $1,099. In addition to the iPad Pro, Apple may be updating its prized accessory, the Magic Keyboard. As the report notes, this could include the integration of a larger touchpad, creating a more laptop-like experience compared to the current setup.

Gurman notes that the M3-powered iPad Pro likely won't be unveiled until spring or summer 2024, ruling out a 2023 release. It is important to remember that all information comes from unofficial reports and should be treated with caution until Apple gives official confirmation, which is not expected anytime soon.
