New Update

Aptech education centres are spread across many countries in five continents

and most of the Aptech centres function on franchisee model. Aptech's challenge

was to ensure that the students get the same standard of course delivery. After

getting numerous feedbacks, Aptech decided to come up with blended learning

model that can address both business and student expectations. The learning

model comprises both instructor-led training (ILT) and computer-based training (CBT),

with a flash presentation. A linear navigation is implemented in these

presentations, so that the instructor does not get an option to skip any of the

topics while conducting the session. Workshop contains demonstrations and guided

simulations. The same Flash presentation also meets student's on-demand learning

needs. Course content is designed using globally accepted principles of

Instructional Design. Student satisfaction, better control on standard course

delivery across all locations and cost benefits to Aptech are major benefits

that the institute is enjoying.
