Backup Solutions

HP wins and Veritas comes in at number two. We are combining the reporting for these two segments as they are complementing ones.The User' Choice Club for storage is more crowded than the one for backup by one member. And this is an indicator to the lay of the market, where there are more players established in storage than in backup. Like in other storage categories, IBM improves its position, moving up from an indexed score of 32 last year to 76 this year. But IBM had to cede the second position in backup to Veritas this year.
