Picasa is one of the easiest and the simplest ones. This photo management
software from Google is something that can corrupt you at first sight. With this
software, you can add simple effects and can see the results within seconds. You

Picasa automatically scans a newly updated picture in your system and adds

How can you add simple effects? Open up Picasa and choose a picture you want
to add effects to. Double click on the picture. On the left hand side you will
find many options, click on 'Effects' tab. From the many effects listed
there, apply any of your choice. Suppose you need 'Soft
Focus' effect. Simply click on it to apply it. You have more options to enhance
your picture or you can simply save the effect that you have applied.
You can set focus at any position in the picture, vary the size of the focus,
and set the amount also. After applying, you can save or cancel the changes.
