Digital payment company Adpay launched India’s first national VNO/MVNO Aerovoyce with BSNL to rollout PAN India VNO/MVNO services in India. Present at the launch were Anupam Srivastava, CMD BSNL, NK Mehta , Director (Enterprise) BSNL, Anil Jain,CGM, NCNGN, Head for VNO initiative in BSNL, and Sivakumar Kuppusamy, CEO and Founder of Adpay.

Starting with Chennai, Aerovoyce will use the spectrum from BSNL, and will offer voice, data, mobile VAS, integrated wallet/payment solutions and entertainment contents for all kind of subscribers in all segments. It will concentrate one enterprises end-2-end solutions with enhanced facilities. The company also plans to deliver IoT connectivity/SIMs for all IoT solutions in smartcities, and agriculture, automobiles sectors. Aerovoyce VNO license was approved during the month of Dec 2016.

Adpay, is a mobile payment provider established in 2006, having payment/VAS services, and MVNO Services in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Netherland, Romania, etc) , USA, MiddleEast, Australia and multiple countries. Aerovoyce will offer the following products and services in India - SIM cards for voice, data, mobile internet, fiber internet, IoT SIM Cards, international traveller SIM cards.

The new company that will be investing about Rs 300 crore over the next 3 years in the business, is projecting to acquire 1 lakh customers in the first quarter, and over 10 lakh customers within a year, said Kuppusamy. Admitting that the entry of voice free and services lead Rjio, and the over consolidation in the telecom sector will pose new challenges, Srivastava said he is confident of the success of Aerovoyce, and hopes flood gates will now open.
