CMV 1515 LCD Monitor

This 15” LCD monitor weighs just 3.5 kg and doesn’t take too much desktop real estate. It has in-built very basic 1 Watt speakers, which are good only for listening to some light music. It has all the standard controls like brightness, contrast, colour, image position on the screen, speaker volume and automatic adjustment for the best display for one’s system. These controls are pretty easy to use for basic functionality but do not include things like locking the LCD. Like the CMV 1512, this one can’t be rotated horizontally or vertically, but there’s a vertical adjust supporting a tilt angle of 30 degrees. Its viewing angles are 120 and 170 degrees vertical and horizontal respectively and like its cousin, the display brightness appears to be slightly lower as you change your viewing angle. It has a standard analog connector for connecting to a computer. While testing, this one also gave sharp and clear picture quality. Interestingly, this one also consumes lesser power (36 W) compared to the CMV 1515 (48 Watts). Overall, as an entry-level model, this LCD monitor is a good option for offices.
