Save Your Day with rBak 6.7
An online backup service that allows you to schedule your backups and set a secret encryption key to keep your data foolproof
Thursday, September 06, 2007
Not maintaining a regular backup of your individual data? You will, once you
loose it! But, if you don't want that situation to come up, then try online data
backup tools. We tell you about one of them called rBak, which is a paid
service. It encrypts your backed up data for better security.
The software offers a backup scheduler, so you can set your data for automatic
periodic backups. One of the main worries in online backup is insufficient
bandwidth for data backup. For that, rBak uses what's called FastBIT technology
to speed up the overall backup time. You can access your data 24x7 over the
Internet and it can store multiple versions of files.
Using it is fairly easy. It gives you a Windows Explorer like tool using
which you can start your backup and restore procedures. Choose the files for
backup, set the schedule and you are ready to go.
