The Problem: Delhi Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport's newly built Terminal 3 is world's 8th largest passenger terminal having consessionaires from diverse sectors and businesses, primarily from the retail, hospitality and service industries. With thousands of dollars of transactions being done on a daily basis, the problem was to centrally monitor the operation of these consessionaire.
The Solution: LS Retail NAV, an integrated end-to-end retail solution was deployed at the airport to manage all the consessionaires.
The Result
It helps the Airport Authority by consolidating sales information which helps to calculate the performance of each consessionaire and comparative performances with others. Consolidated analysis also enhanced the decision making activities. The software has improved transactional response.
