Essar Steel - IT Solution for Standardization & Reporting

The Problem: Essar needed an efficient supply chain process between the sales channels (retail & OEMs) with stock transfer & production processes. But company faced the difficulty in seeking overall visibility over various performance indicators, which were necessary to effectively manage the business & look at all processes in conjunction.

The Solution: To achieve this goal, the company had to develop the ability to react to & better predict customer demand. They also needed to analyze customer buying patterns & reward customer loyalty.
