HANDSPRINT POCKET PRINTER

This is a palm-sized pocket printer that allows you to take A6 size prints from laptops and hand-helds. A6 is one-fourth the size of this page. The printer is positioned for business executives like insurance agents and other professionals who carry a Laptop or PDA and all those who have to give policy details or business quotations

on-site.

It comes with an RS32 cable, 4 AA Batteries and drivers for Windows and PalmOS. It is powered by a 9 volt AC adapter or 4 AA size alkaline batteries. The handPrint uses an A6 size (4.13”x98”) thermal paper roll for printing. It is very light, weighing only 250g and can be connected on your laptop over a COM port or by IRDA in-case of a Palm.

A new paper roll is very easy to fit and the paper path is straight and clear. It can print clearly and sharply at very small point sizes and can print the word text and XLS files very clearly. It prints at a speed of about 2 A6 pages per minute at 400x400 resolutions.

The best thing about the handPrint is that you do not have to fill or re-fill any ink cartridge as it uses thermal imaging just like your fax machine. Further, it is very affordable at Rs 4999 for the printer and Rs 12 per roll of paper.
