In this category, we have the same players competing as last year. However, there is some change in their positions. In the 100 to 499 employees segment, we have a new number one, HP. Samsung held this spot last year, but it has slid down to number two position with about 76% users mentioning it as the current brand owned. LG and HCL maintain their positions as third and fourth, the same as last year. But there is a marginal increase in responses for both, with LG recording 65% this year, as compared to 48% last year. As for HCL, a total of 22% respondents nominated it last year, but this year that has increased to 32%. There is a new entrant in this category, BenQ, which steals the fifth spot from Acer with 24% as the recorded users' choice. Acer, though, sliding down to sixth spot is not far behind BenQ, with 23% responses.

In the 500+ employees' category, the major upset has been for Acer, which has been ousted out of the club, as Samtron makes it to the users' choice club. HP still retains the number one spot as last year. However, Samsung has taken over the second position which was held by LG last year. LG in turn has moved down to the third position. HCL has moved up one position to the number four spot, which was held by Acer last year. The new entrant Samtron holds the fifth spot, and seems to have influenced the users by the brand value as well as reliability of its product. BenQ retains its sixth spot in the club.

As for brand loyalty, Samsung and LG have the highest recorded likely to shift rates at a weighted average of 24% and 23% respectively. Samsung users mentioned they are likely to shift to LG (3%), HP (3%), or BenQ (3%). While, LG users have suggested that they will most like move on to Samsung (8%), HP (4%), and HCL (4%). HCL and HP users' likely to shift rates stand at 9% and 7% respectively. HCL users are looking at HP and Samsung as their future brand at 5% each. While HP users seem to favor Acer, BenQ and LG at a 2% likely to shift out rate. BenQ and Samtron users have the highest recorded brand loyalty, with no shift out desire by the current users.
