The main attraction of the HCL Busybee eCo was its attractive price tag of just under
Rs 27,000. It is based on a Celeron 700 MHz, with 64 MB RAM, and a 20 GB hard drive.
The display, sound, and Ethernet were onboard due to its 810 chipset. It also came bundled with a useful set of software, which included Norton anti-virus and a productivity software called Impression. It lost some points in features for the lack of a CD-ROM drive.

On the performance front, the PC ended up with an average score of 16.8, compared to 22.9 of the Connoi. This was again due to a slower hard drive, processor, and lesser RAM than Connoi. This also affected its performance price ratio, despite the attractive price tag. The PC comes with a one-year onsite warranty. Overall, it’s a good choice for organizations on a tight budget, but don’t expect to be blown away by its performance.
