GoPro enables the capture of unique, immersive and hands-free perspectives that are otherwise difficult to get with a smartphone or would put the phone and its user at risk.  Users can easily transfer photos and videos from the GoPro camera to the Honor device’s photo gallery for inclusion in video edits made with the Quik app.

The Honor 8 Pro is engineered for stunning multimedia experiences offering the best in terms of hardware and software backed by uncompromising performance, culminating into the best performing Honor smartphone till date. The Honor 8 Pro boasts the 4th Generation of Honors’ Dual Cameras’ allowing users to capture images of superior quality and radiant colors.

“We are thrilled to partner with Go Pro for our upcoming smartphone, Honor 8 Pro. Through this partnership, we can provide to our users with an intelligent and efficient video and photo editing software to fully unleash their creativity,” said Allen Wang (Director, Product Center, Huawei India Consumer Business Group)

The photo gallery of the upcoming Honor 8 Pro uses a new feature called “Highlights”, which automatically selects photos and videos for the user.  With a tap of the button, Quik generates a video synchronized to the beat of the selected music. From there, the user can share the video or further customize it with additional filters, transitions, effects and more.
