Intex on Monday launched the Intex Aqua Star II, the sixth budget smartphone in the series. Priced at Rs. 5,999, the device will compete directly with Moto E after its recent price cut.
Aqua Star II features a 5-inch display with FWVGA (480x854 pixels) resolution to consume media content. Under the hood is a 1.2GHz quad-core SC7731 processor with the support of 1GB RAM for multitasking.
Running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, the smartphone has an 8GB of inbuilt storage with micro-SD card support up-to 32GB.
The dual-SIM smartphone boasts an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera and the front is equipped with a 5-megapixel camera for video calling and selfies.
For connectivity, the budget smartphone has 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, FM Radio, and Micro-USB.
Powered by a 2000mAh battery, Aqua Star II will be available in Black, White, Blue and Grey colour variants.
