Which Mobile OS ecosystem is best for enterprises?

BlackBerry was thought up from an enterprise point of view from the ground up. Many large enterprises and telcos are too heavily invested

in the BlackBerry infrastructure. Further, and perhaps most importantly, in spite of all its flaws, the BlackBerry device continues to have a loyal set of followers who swear by their QWERTY keyboard for typing out their emails!

Which Mobile OS ecosystem is best for consumers?

The iOS platform continues to dominate the consumer space but the lead is definitely shrinking. Samsung has delivered some stunning devices using Android which are worthy iPhone competitors. On the tablet side of things, I think iPad is still far superior product compared to any of the competitors. Unlike enterprise, consumer loyalty change much faster, so it is entirely possible that we see new devices emerge as leaders in the coming year. Windows Phone 8 has shown some promise but they need something similar to the Samsung Galaxy S to champion its cause.

Which Mobile OS ecosystem is best for developers?

As a developer, there is no one answer to this question. Since all major platforms have non-trivial market shares, developers need to cater to all of them. Purely from a point of view of ease of  development and ability to create beautiful looking applications faster and cheaper, iOS wins hands down. However, Android provides a far wider reach in India. The big downside with Android has been the numerous app stores to cater to with their own varying payment options.
