If you're also experiencing slow mobile data, here are a few things listed below to increase speed immediately.

Switch off and restart your phone

Slow internet speeds are one of several issues that can occasionally be resolved with a short restart. Press the power button until you see the power off slider to restart your phone. Please turn your phone off by moving the power slider to the right, then wait a moment before turning it back on.

Clear your Cache

Data from recently visited websites and apps are stored in your phone's Cache. This can shorten loading times but also eat up space and make your phone run slower. Open the Settings App and select General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage to delete your Cache. Click Erase Cache after choosing the programme for which you wish to erase the Cache.

Activate and deactivate airplane mode

Activate Aeroplane mode before turning it off once more. Your network connection can be reset with this, which will increase speed.

A software update

The software on your phone is updated frequently with new functions and problem fixes. A bug likely is to blame for your poor internet connections if you're not using the recent version of the software. Open the Settings App and select General > Software Update to check for updates. Tap on Download and Install to see if an update is available.

Force apps to close

Numerous background-running programmes may be using your data and slowing down your connection. Open the App Switcher by double-clicking the home button on an iPhone or swiping up from the bottom of an Android phone's screen. Any apps you don't want running in the background should be swiped up.

A network connection check

Make sure you're connected to a 5G network as your initial step. You can navigate to Cellular in the Settings App on your phone. You should see a list of networks your phone is linked to under Cellular Data. You're good to go if 5G is listed.
