IT Manager of the Month

Our IT Manager for this month, Naresh is looking after ERP/IT administrative

functions of Marketing Offices & Corporate Commercial Division of Dyed Yarn

Business, RSWM (a company of LNJ Bhilwara Group). Naresh has been associated

with LNJB for the last 13 years and to his credit are milestones like being an

active member of ERP Implementation Team of RSWM. He has gone deeper into IT

software side and has learnt to put to use IT in Textile Manufacturing .

Subsequent to implementation, he is line function leader for maintaining up

time for hardware, networking, and software. He has also provided leadership for

user training and faster responses to user needs from time to time in the

changing global scenario. He initiated the concept and finally developed

Intranet Services for employees of RSWM. Members across the organization are

fully satisfied and are appreciative of this on the desk availability of various

information through Intranet. Recently he has taken the initiative to transform

the VSAT technology to Rcom MPLS VPN connectivity across all locations of the

company. By implementing this, users are getting better speed at a low cost.

Practicing Seven habits of highly effective people, he was short-listed by the

mgmt of RSWM for Meeting the Big Boss program. Impressive, Naresh!
