JioBharat Launches B1 Feature Phone with 2.4-inch Display, Available for Rs 1,299 in India

Reliance-backed The JioBharat B1 series feature phone has been introduced across the nation by Jio. The JioBharat V2 and K1 Karbonn variants are now joined by this one. The JioBharat B1 series is what the feature phone is referred to as on the official website, which implies that there may be other B1 variants in the future. The feature phone supports JioPay for UPI payments and has a big display.

JioBharat B1 design

The JioBharat B1 has a plastic body and a two-tone finish on the back panel, where the camera module has a dark part of black, while the rest of the back panel has a greyish tone. We see a horizontal bar similar to the Google Pixel, and here is a single camera sensor. The back panel also has the Jio logo. In front we see a large screen with a numeric keypad below.

JioBharat B1 Specifications, Features

The JioBharat B1 has a 2.4-inch display that allows customers to play music/videos. It has a large 2000mAh battery that is said to last longer on a single charge. The flagship phone comes pre-installed with JioCinema and JioSaavn apps. 

The company says that users can play sports, videos and movies in multiple languages ​​with JioBharat A1. While JioSaavn offers users access to more than 8 million songs. It has built-in FM radio support and the flagship phone has support for reading 23 languages.

The feature phone comes with the JioPay app for UPI payments and users can scan QR payments using the camera. JioBharat B1 has rear camera and flashlight support.

The JioBharat B1 is priced at Rs 1,299 and is available in black only. The phone can be purchased from Amazon and official Jio stores. The JioBharat B1 flagship phone works with new and old Jio SIM cards. Customers need to recharge at least Rs 123 to avail all the benefits of JioBharat feature phone.
