According to reports, the phone is powered by the same CPU as some Galaxy S22 series smartphones. A new primary rear camera will reportedly be included in the Galaxy S23 FE. The Galaxy S23 FE smartphone in specific markets

According to a prior SamMobile report citing unknown insiders, the South Korean company intended to release the anticipated Galaxy S23 FE smartphone in specific markets in Q4 2023. The article has since been revised, stating that the device would likely hit some places in the third quarter of this year and others in the first quarter of 2024. After the Galaxy S22 series was released last year, Samsung didn't release a Fan Edition phone, and the smartphone manufacturerhas yet to disclose any intentions for a less expensive version of its flagship device.

Specifications of the Galaxy S23 FE

  • Samsung will reportedly give the Galaxy S23 FE an Exynos 2200 processor, an AMD Xclipse 920 GPU, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage, unlike its previous high-end handsets. The Galaxy S22 series of smartphones were powered by this chip last year in several non-US regions. According to the claim, all Galaxy S23 FE variants, including those offered for sale in the US, will reportedly come with the manufacturer's processor.
  • A 50-megapixel primary camera sensor is rumoured to be coming to the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, which is supposed to be an upgrade over the Galaxy S21 FE and Galaxy S20 FE. According to the source, it will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery and may allow 25W wired charging.

While the expected release date for the rumoured Samsung Galaxy S23 FE may have changed, a tipster said last month that the company would include its Exynos 2200 SoC. According to earlier reports, the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE smartphone was predicted to have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU. Given that Samsung has not yet formally announced intentions to release a new Galaxy S-series Fan Edition smartphone, it is prudent to treat these statements with a grain of salt.
