• Ensure high availability and minimize disruption to customer interactions, such as consumers requesting data usage and billing information via the telecom customer’s call centre
• Eliminate the risk of data loss for customers by gaining the ability to easily replicate and restore data, such as mobile recharge date, at a specific point in time
Solution Deployment
After conducting a successful proof of concept, Mahindra Comviva deployed MySQL Enterprise Edition for various solutions, including internet and broadband, customer value management, digital lifestyle and messaging. It took less than a day to deploy and configure MySQL Enterprise Edition, ensuring Mahindra Comviva completed the project on time and within budget.
