The Problem: The company wanted a survey and feedback system for better understanding of the employee point of view on different concerns. Such a system would support fact-based organizational decisions, provide long-term advantage through employee satisfaction, increase employee awareness regarding organizational initiatives, help identify satisfaction levels, expectations, and key shortcomings of a product/service, and also measure and control operational processes.

The Solution: They wanted a cost effective system which can give the capability of building a multiple question format in various languages as the same system was going to be used for officers as well as associates (person working on the shop line). They implemented LimeSurvey Open Source application to tackle the business requirement. LimeSurvey allows them to quickly create intuitive, powerful, online question-and-answer surveys that can work for their business need. The survey software itself is self-guiding for the respondents who are participating.

The Result: After implementing solution they can now conduct unlimited number of surveys at the same time, create multi-lingual surveys, create 28 different question types, integrate pictures and movies into a survey, get the facility of enhanced import and export functions to text, CSV, PDF, SPSS, and MS Excel format. They also get basic statistical and graphical analysis with export facility.
