  1. What are the recent developments in your organization?

We were primarily a services organization providing high-end SAP services to customers in multiple countries. However, we created a different unit within our organization to develop a world-class solution for distribution and service management which runs on the cloud with inbuilt comprehensive mobile solutions.

  1. What is your GTM strategy?

Other than our internal sales team, we work with partners in 6 countries and will expand to 12 countries by June 2018.

  1. What are the different verticals you are targeting and where do you see the major shift in the coming years?

We work with customers in FMCG, home appliances, Heavy Machinery for Distribution Management and Customer Service solution. Our Massetic solutions are designed for Asset-intensive large organizations like Oil and Gas, Automotive, Chemical, Metal etc..

  1. How SME’s are adopting technology in terms of digital transformation?

Digital transformation has caught with not only large organizations, SME segment is also in the process of taking advantages. This is especially in the area of Sales and Service management. However, the initial costs of the solutions and the change management become a hindrance at times.

  1. How SAP contributes to your business?

90% of our revenue comes from our SAP services and solutions designed for SAP customers. The solution Klarion360 is an enterprise-class solution for Distribution Management and Customer Service management. SAP-based Asset management solution Massetic provides powerful add-on to customers who have large plants and helps them in managing their asset management quite smoothly.

  1. What is your view on asset management with SAP?

Our Massetic solution for advanced planning and execution helps customers further who are looking to move to SAP environment completely for a smoother maintenance cycle.

We are working towards to be globally known for our solutions on Sales and Service (Klarion360) and asset management solution Maventic by providing enterprise-class solutions which can bring quick ROI to our customers.
