MAXX Mobile caters to the first-time smartphone users with AX46 priced at Rs 8,888/-

Maxx Mobile has launched its latest dual-sim based black colored MSD7 3G (AX46), budget smartphone at the cost of Rs 8,888. The company has been known for targeting the tier II and III cities in the country with its high-affordable devices that can muster good performance.

The phone sports a 4.5 inch 854x480 pixels display and comes powered by Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean version. It packs a 1.3 Ghz dual-core processor and 512 MB RAM that should suffice for basic smartphone usage. 

It comes fitted with a 3.2 MP rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front snapper for video calling support. The phone comes with 4 GB internal storage that is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD. 

On the connectivity front, the phone offers dualSIM connectvity, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, Wi-Fi support and options like FM Radio, GPS, Gravity Sensor, Accelerometer, Light sensor and Proximity sensor, make the AX46 is a competent affordable device. Priced at Rs 8,888 this smartphone competes in a highly competitive space with the likes of Datawind, Micromax, Lava, Karbonn and even the likes of Nokia.
