Select a range of cells, and click on Format as a Table from the Home ribbon to have
Excel treat the range as a table, with formatting and filters on each column

Use Conditional Formatting to quickly compare values against each other in a selection of cells
using color coding

When working with individual data rows in Access, the caption “Possible Duplicate” appears in red
automatically to warn you of duplicate data

OUTLOOK FOLDERS



Be careful when working with large files as Outlooks seems to have a limit on how big
a single PST file can be (2 GB). This may be a problem if you have large mailboxes from

other clients that you want to migrate from

Subscribe to and manage RSS feeds directly from within Outlook 2007. You can then setup
Rules for managing feeds

When tasks are due, they appear here. When they are overdue, they get marked in red and continue to remain visible till
you mark them done
