Surface Laptop 4 Launched by Microsoft for Meeting Demand of Hybrid Era in India

On May 25, 2021, Microsoft announced the general availability of the Surface Laptop 4 for commercial and education customers. The laptop will be made available with the help of authorized retailers and for consumers via Amazon.in. The Surface Laptop 4 is aimed at catering to the evolving needs of the users while continuing to learn and evolve in hybrid work environments. It encourages people to achieve more outside the workplace.

The Surface laptop 4 is targeted towards delivering a complete Microsoft experience to the users. It retains all the design aesthetics from before like the design and materials from the previous model. It will even feature the signature 3:2 PixelSense high-contrast touchscreen display in both 13.5” and 15” models and Dolby Atmos Omnisonic speakers. This provides users with a cinematic experience for their favourite movies and shows from the comfort of anywhere.

The Surface laptop 4 also houses a front-facing HD camera that has a good low-light performance along with a studio microphone array to enhance the meeting experience at work. The trackpad is of a good size and comes with gesture support and windows precision drivers.

The laptop comes with both the Intel Core 11th generation processor and AMD Ryzen mobile processors with Radeon graphics which is the Microsoft Surface edition with 8 cores. This will power the modern multitasking demands of the users.

Adapting to the security needs of our customers, Surface Laptop 4 will also offer incredible security out-of-the-box with integrated hardware, firmware, software, and identity protection. They can maintain control of sensitive information with a removable hard drive for data retention and get more security and control with cloud-first device deployment and management, all the way down to the firmware layer.

All customers in India can order the Surface Laptop 4 through their local commercial resellers, retail stores or on Amazon.in. Consumer SKUs will be available with no-cost EMI for up to nine months, starting at Rs.11,444/month.
