Microsoft Unveils New CRM Version with Built-in Social Network

The software now features Automated Activity Feeds which are also accessible through the Windows 7 phone and incorporate Micro-Blogging by which users are able to follow important real-time business events and activities through social media in an intelligent and timely manner. The software also features Conversations through which users can collaborate between internal sales and service teams to ultimately improve customer experience. The R7 2011 release simplifies cloud service management by offering a common administration, billing and provisioning platform with Office 365. In addition, it offer improved disaster recovery features with in-region replication to further help protect data and offer high levels of business continuity in the event of a disaster.

CRM R7 2011 is available on CRM Online, the cloud version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM offering, as well as for the on-premise and partner-hosted deployments in India. The new Social Collaboration capability of R7 2011 brings the ease to seamlessly manage external and internal conversations and relationships along with improved productivity through collaboration tools for customers.
