Microsoft is pricing Xbox One spare controllers at $59.99 and its wireless headsets will cost $24.99.

If you own Xbox 360 controllers and games, it is pertinent to note that they would not be compatible with the new console – to be launched by this year-end for $499.99 and it would not include a headset. So, it becomes necessary for any to play local multiplayer or go on voice chat.

According to Microsoft, the Xbox One will render much better visuals, apart from its entertainment features.

Microsoft Xbox One’s competition, Sony’s PlayStation 4, is also slated to be launched around the same time, but would be available at $100 cheaper pricing.

For the higher pricing, though, Microsoft offers a Kinect depth camera with every Xbox One, and says that it can be used as a substitute for a headset in online gaming.
