New Update

According to sources, the much anticipated Motorola Moto G2 or Moto G+1 should be out for purchase by September 10 2014. The news about the phone's availability was confirmed by a retailer claiming to have been tipped by a Motorola representative. The report also added that some retailers should get the first shipment of the device by the end of August, while another batch will begin shipping to retailers on September 10.

It is to be noted that the successor of Moto G will feature a 5-inch 720p display and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset with a quad-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 CPU coupled with Adreno 305 GPU. The phone will be backed by a 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory. Unlike a 5MP rear camera on Moto G, G2 will ship with an 8MP rear shooter. The phone will be priced around Rs 20,000

With these speculations it is also possible that Motorola may unveil the anticipated Moto G2 during IFA 2014, scheduled from September 5 to September 10.
