Nokia G42 5G: Release Date, Price, Colour, and Other Details

On 11 September, today, Nokia will debut its new phone, the Nokia G42 5G, in India. Before the big reveal, Nokia teased the price via its official X (previously Twitter) account. In addition, Nokia is launching a new pink colour option for this phone worldwide, which is excellent news for people outside India. Amazon India will have the Nokia G42 5G available for purchase.

Nokia G42 5G: Pricing of the upcoming Nokia G42 5G

Nokia's official X page posed a question to the public. The public was asked to guess the pricing of the upcoming Nokia G42 5G. It gave two choices: Rs. 16,xxx and Rs. 18,xxx. This implies that the forthcoming Nokia G42 5G phone will be priced at less than Rs. 18,999. There could even be two variants of the phone with varying costs.

The Nokia G42 5G is now available in Europe for EUR 199 (about Rs. 20,800). This is the price for a model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

In addition to the pricing announcement, Nokia has released a new colour for the Nokia G42 5G in markets other than India. The name of this new colour is "So Pink." It joins the existing "Grey" and "So Purple" colour options, which have been available since the phone's initial release in June. However, we do not know if this new pink colour will be accessible in India.
