As a replacement for the Nothing Ear 1 earphones, Nothing Ear 2 was released in India in March of this year. The only colour choice for the earphones when they first came out was white. Following a previous report that the earbuds will be available in a black colorway, Nothing itself debuted the black Nothing Ear 2.

The only differences between the black and white versions are the colour of the earbuds and the charging case, which the firm claims to be the sole differences between them. Later this month, the earphones will be offered for sale across the nation.

Specifications of the Nothing Ear 2

  • Nothing's Ear 2 features an 11.6mm custom driver that the company claims provides a powerful base and clear sound. It also offers up to 40 dB of active noise cancellation.
  • Users can easily control the earbuds thanks to the three AI-backed microphones and responsive touch controls on each pair.
  • Users can answer or end calls with a single tap. They can also pause or play music.
  • Users can skip ahead in their playlist or decline a call by tapping twice consecutively, and they can skip back to the playlist by tapping three times.
  • Users must press and hold either of the buds to switch from Active Noise Cancellation to Transparency Mode or the other way around.
  • The transparency Mode permits enviornmental noise to stream in, enabling users to know about their environmental factors while utilizing the mini headphones at whatever point they decide to do as such.
  • Clear Voice Technology, which claims to improve windproof and crowdproof sound, is included with the Personal Sound Profile feature, which enables users to customize their sound experience.
  • The charging case for the Nothing Ear 2 has an IP55 rating, whereas the Bluetooth v5.3 connectivity that comes with the headphones has an IP54 rating.
  • The mini headphones are said to offer an all out battery duration of as long as a day and a half with the charging case, which packs a 485mAh battery, and every individual bud is upheld by a 33mAh battery.

Price and availability of the Nothing Ear 2 in India

The Nothing Ear 2 is now available in two color options. The prices for the two variations are Rs. 9,999. Flipkart will begin selling the black model in the country on July 21. However, from July 11 to July 20, preorders for the new color options will be accepted. According to the Nothing organization, existing Nothing Ear 2 clients will actually want to get to the High-level Adjuster and Sound Decrease highlights through the Nothing X application beginning July 6.
