This project was deployed around 18 months ago to provide a platform to residents of Uniworld City, Sector 30, Gurgaon to communicate with each other and get all relevant info regarding their flat and society. The portal now has nearly 400 registered residents and owners as its members. The key features of this portal are: Problem reporting, Incident reporting, Buy/Sell section and Help wanted section.
A resident, after successful login, is able to see all maintenance and utility bills, payments and other details. Apart from that, the Code of Conduct, the security procedures, the facilities available in the complex, GB circulars, the news with respect to the complex, etc are also available at a click of a button.
The site also has a Poll section where relevant questions are asked, whenever resident opinions are required, and the residents register their votes. The only challenge was to make the residents participate in registering and using the site. Finally, this got resolved in 2 weeks of the deployment of the site.
