The Oxford Education Institution as a group has many institutes under its trust, and affiliated to different universities. Thus, consolidation of data for the college was the biggest challenge for them. Besides, migrating from manual to automated process was another tough task, because, data at many instances used to be unavailable. Admission management and attendance as well as assessment process was not effective due to several loopholes in the existing system. Due to this, there was always a delay in providing updated information of students to their parents. Compliance reports to statutory bodies like AICTE, DTE, etc needed to be updated and available on time and on demand which was not happening.

To find the ideal ERP solution, the Oxford Education Institution reviewed several vendors and finally zeroed in on SmartCampus from IDenizen Smartware. SmartCampus being a single integrated end to end campus automation solution was chosen because of its scalability, functionality and ability to automate the existing manual process with high performance and great productivity. SmartCampus solution offered the institute the ability to check and control the loopholes of the existing process. Smart card access ensures students and staff can check information at their convenience, and easy staff administration management (payroll, leave management). Also the glitch of proxy attendance has also been eliminated with this system.
