The card was tested on a P4 3 GHz 256 MB RAM system with 7200 rpm SATA HDD, by taking an analog input from a TV running on a PAL/BG system. The card gave good performance without any frame drops or any lip sync problems between the audio and video. The card does not come with any in built port for audio but used the line-in jack of the sound card.

Considering the performance and features, it’s a good card at this price for home users and amateurs. Now that DV camcorders are becoming popular, the FireWire port on the card makes it easy for users to transfer their videos to the PC.

The package comes with one-year warranty and very comprehensive manuals.
