Print Management for Your Office

In large organizations it's hard to keep track of what is

being printed, where and by whom. As a result employees take unwanted prints,

which consumes a lot of resources and mounts up the costs for the organization.

Print Manager Plus  is a commercial

product that gives you control over valuable printer resources like paper and

toner, how many prints a user can take, etc. It also tracks color, and B/W

printing. It can control both network as well as workstation-connected printers.

It does not require that anything being installed on the clients. All services

and admin programs have to be installed on the print server. Administrators can

restrict users by account balance, number of pages, print-job size and file

type. A particular dollar amount  (account

balance) is assigned by the administrator in advance that keeps reducing

automatically as and when you use the printer. It can be assigned to users

individually or to a whole group. You can even create reports of printing usage

and costs for networks with this software.

In this window Account Balance can be assigned. You can also schedule Account balance to be updated by a certain amount weekly, month or daily at a particular time	You can even set up Restrictions like denying printing if the print job is over certain pages or those based on printing size to help optimize print resources
You can configure the s/w to delete or pause printing when the user runs out of money	To create various reports (as shown above) in this software, click on Reports tab then choose relevant type
