The game was created by Dreamotion, a South Korean game firm that Krafton purchased in 2021 for an undisclosed fee. There are plans to release the new video game, which is a real-time player versus. player strategic game, in other regional languages in addition to Hindi.

Athena, the goddess of war, Odin, the king of Asgard, Medusa, Manticore, Achilles, and the Valkyries are some of the mythical characters that players can select, according to the teaser.

Krafton, on the other hand, will be hoping that the new game does not suffer the same fate as its previous efforts. Krafton's battle royale game BGMI was removed from the Apple Store and Google Play Store last year. Despite the fact that it was reported that BGMI was shut down on the advice of the Indian government, neither the company nor the Center have officially explained why.

According to a Sensor Tower report, India was one of the most important markets for Krafton for PUBG Mobile because it had the most downloads out of the 734 million downloads it had worldwide as of July 2020.

However, in India, where it reached 100 million registered users in July 2022, BGMI's popularity also skyrocketed.

At a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 27%, the gaming market in India is expected to grow from $2.6 billion in FY22 to $8.6 billion in FY27.

Intriguingly, Indians played mobile games an average of 8.5 hours per week in FY22. The amount of time spent on top mid-core games, such as the now-banned BGMI, was approximately double that of top casual games.
