The Redmi K70E, the company's successor to the Redmi K60E, is slated to be released in China soon. The Redmi K70 series, expected to succeed the Redmi K60 lineup, was previously scheduled to be introduced later this year. The following Redmi K70 lineup, like the previous series, is slated to include three versions. The Redmi K70E will most likely be released alongside the Redmi K70 and L70 Pro. Leaked information about the forthcoming Redmi K70 basic model has just leaked online. The manufacturer has now teased the Redmi K70E's specifications.

A MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra SoC will power the Redmi K70E

The Redmi K70E will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra SoC, according to Redmi on Weibo. It also revealed that the phone received 1,526,328 AnTuTu points. According to the business, after nearly an hour of "open-world" play at 25°C, the phone ran at 58.86 frames per second (FPS).

The Redmi K70E will also have a 1.5K display with a peak brightness of 1,800nits and a 1,920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming rate. Meanwhile, a leaked performance test video of the Redmi K70E showcases the future handset's front panel design. It has a very thin side and top bezels, a wider chin, and a flat display. Notably, the central frame is also balanced in shape. It symbolises a uniform design aesthetic that will be carried over to the Redmi K70 series.

The Redmi K70E phone is believed to include a 6.67-inch 1.5K (2,712 x 1,220 pixel) OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a 12-bit colour depth, a manual peak brightness level of 500 nits, and a theoretical peak brightness level of 1200 nits. The MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra SoC will likely be combined with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage that is extendable up to 1TB externally.

The Redmi K70E could have a 64-megapixel primary rear sensor with OIS, an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro snapper. The Redmi K70E handset's front camera is rumoured to include a 16-megapixel sensor. The Redmi K70E is anticipated to have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The Redmi K70E phone is expected to have a glass back and a plastic frame. It is said to be 198 grams in weight.
