Performance

We tested the Hyper X headset across various games and were surely impressed by its performance. When we played GTA 4 which is a combination of racing, shooting, gang wars etc everything sounded perfect and the sound delivered will give you new levels of diversity and intensity.

While playing The Call Of Duty game the headset easily allows you to experience a wider range of sounds, from bass to Sniper shots to shrapnels.

In racing games like Need for Speed, Most Wanted, Burnout Paradise etc everything sounded great. The ear cups are also comfortable to use over extended periods of game play.

Music is a big part of any individual's life and we also tested the Cloud core for sonic performance. On tracks with intense sub bass content like "Above and Beyond"  by DJ Bassnectar, the Cloud Core delivered profound bass. The lows in this track sounded rich and were excessively deep. The string and piano melody also sounded pleasant.

It did not distort even when volume was raised to full and sounded perfect. Movie playback is enjoyable and pleasant and your ears will not feel exhausted even if you’re going to watch a 2 hour movie in one go.
