Robust design with bright vivid display

On the front of the device, you find a sleek pane of black glass without any logo and three bottoms just beneath the display. The outer frame is crafted from alloy of aluminum and magnesium--aluminum makes it light weight and magnesium is responsible for the strong frame. The smartphone has an Alert Slider key on the left edge that integrates with Android’s notification settings. With the help of this key users can switch between 3 different profiles as per their need: All notifications, Priority interruptions and Alarms. It has a sandstone black cover at the back which similar to the one in OnePlus One.

OnePlus also offers choice of stylish vibrant look covers that include wood built Bamboo, Black Apricot, Rosewood and Kevlar. These covers provide an elegant design finish. The smartphone has speakers that is drilled on the bottom edge like iPhone, and volume rockers and power keys are on the right edge. It has a Micro USB charging port of the new USB Type-C standard, which lets you plug in the charger regardless of its orientation.

We tested this phone for different functions and the results are as under:

1) Calls and Basic functionality: While calling we have no issues like call drops. The voice is clear and loud.

2) Perfect Gesture control and Fingerprint recognition:The handset has some good gesture control which responded well like making “V” on screen to switch on the torch directly, making “O” for camera, Double tap to wake up the phone. Scanning fingerprint is a feature which we generally see is a flagship phones, It basically scan your fingerprint and you can unlock your phone by scanning the save fingerprint to the middle button at bottom of display.

     c) 3D Mark 23735

     d) Vellamo 3078

The smartphone has heating issues which we faced during long calls and heavy gaming.
