Using the GPS you can navigate the best possible route to your destination. In case of an untoward incident, the GPS coordinates can help you precisely locate where you are, so as to contact the Emergency Road Service, police or insurance company.

Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) helps you to prevent potential incidents by warning the driver when the vehicle begins to move out of its lane. It monitors the lane markings and shows an alert picture as well as a warning sound whenever the driving speed exceeds. Another useful feature, Forward Collision Warning System (FCWS) that warns the driver when the vehicle gets too close to the car ahead.

It comes with motion detection technology, enabling DrivePro 220 to automatically start recording when the sensor detects a movement in Parking Mode.

Mobility

The device has built-in Wi-Fi and free app is also available on both iOS and Android platforms. The connectivity allows the passenger to track the driver, view live video footage, playback and download videos, and easily adjust DrivePro 220 settings directly from your smartphone or tablet.

DrivePro comes with 16 GB MLC-based microSD card that can record up to 6,000 hours of Full HD video recording.

Performance

While using the device, we recorded several videos and clicked images during the recording. The full HD videos look good when you play them on the device, but overall video quality is average. The overall experience of features like LDWS and FCWS was satisfactory as sometimes it wasn’t able to alert while over speeding or changing the lane frequently. Navigation was good and it was able to direct for our journey. The inbuilt battery was able to work for only 20 minutes.
