'We want our students to experience new, interactive ways of learning, have them engage better with their teachers, says Lata Vaidyanathan, Principal, Modern School.

The solution is currently being implemented in 20 schools, from Africa to Asia to Europe to North America and it's time we do this in Indian schools to make student-teacher community more interactive and empowered, says Akash Saxena, Director, Enterprise Business, Samsung.

Features of the solution include screen share which allows a teacher to access his students' screen and also share materials to his students in real time. Plus, he can run quiz and poll instantly thus making students more interactive. The whiteboard lets a teacher access digital courseware, monitor students' activities to take measure accordingly.

The technical support of the solution will be provided by SRI-Banfgalore while the course content has been worked on by the school itself.

Customizable to fit into the requirements of every school, the solution has potential to transform classroom by offering dynamic Q & A sessions, help teachers monitor class attendance and participation. However, making digital classroom a reality across schools in India is still a long journey.
