The top-tier Galaxy Tab S9 model is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon8 Gen 2 chipset, the company's current-generation flagship CPU, with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. According to information provided by Blass, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G would have a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED display and be powered by a Snapdragon8 Gen 2 CPU coupled with 12GB of RAM.

• The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra 5G will have a 13-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera for pictures and movies. Additionally, the tablet will have a dual front-facing camera set with two 12-megapixel cameras.
