iCare can streamline the human resources practices of mid-sized organizations with 50 to 1,500 employees. If it’s recruitment that you need help with, iCare can fetch you a list of candidates from its résumé bank that matches the profile you are looking for. You can then use the mail-merge feature to send letters to candidates calling them for a written test. iCare also helps you short-list the candidates for interview, based on their scores in the test. The short-listed candidates are then intimated about their date of interview. Reminders are also sent to the interviewers automatically. iCare can generate detailed appointment letters as well.

iCare lets you manage the leave, loan, travel and training status of an employee. The appraisal module sends timely reminders to HR after the appraisal form has been customized for each individual. You can also generate different tabular, graphical and data-driven reports for quick reference. iCare has been developed in Visual Basic 6.0, and any ODBC compliant database can be used as the back-end. It runs on Win 95/98/NT 4.0/Me/2000. A .Net version is also available.
