User Query : The best inkjet printer for a small office

I run a small office and want to keep only one printer to print all my documents. Which one would you suggest?

Both are multi-function devices so apart apart from printing you will have an advantage of scanning, and copying your documents. The print quality is good and both devices are value for money right now. Also, being inkjet printers they deliver good results even if you wish to print some photographs.
