Tork Motors was founded due to the absence of a prominent Indian electric two-wheelers brand manufacturing motorcycles in India. With motorcycles comprising around 60% of India's two-wheeler market, we embarked on a mission in 2016-17 to build a class-leading motorcycle for the mass Indian market.

Tork Motors’s focus was on ensuring consumer satisfaction through aspects like reliability, warranty, speed, and charging time. This endeavor involved creating a motor from scratch with a low center of gravity (Sandwich Type), and a battery pack tailored to withstand diverse Indian riding conditions and we launched the product in 2022.

The experience gained from electric racing competitions transformed our perspective. We learned that all other components, including motors, revolve around the battery. The Kratos model is strategically aimed at the mass market within the 125-150cc motorcycle segment. Its specifications include a top speed of 105kmph, a range of 180km IDC, and a remarkable 20-80% charging capability in less than an hour. The motorcycle's connected features through a (Smart Cluster) dashboard elevate it to the level of equivalent Internal Combustion Engine vehicles in the 125-150cc category.

Tork motorcycles come equipped with advanced features including over-the-air updates, navigational assistance, and a Multi-Information Display—the smart cluster dashboard. This dashboard seamlessly integrates navigation with battery range and other vital information.
