Bharti Airtel and BSNL are the joint winners of the Users' Choice Club in the 100-499 employee segment, beating the runner-up Reliance Communications by a fair distance. In the 500-999 employee segment Bharti Airtel pips Reliance Communications to take the honours.

The users across all brands seem to be equally satisfied with the services rendered in the 100-499 employee segment as the mean score of satisfaction hovers around 4.2/5 for all. The story remain pretty much the same in the 500-999 segment.

Of the people who currently subscribe to Net4India's services in the 100-499 segment, 67% cited its brand name as the primary reason for owning it. Likewise 45% of Airtel users quoted brand name as the reason for owning it. So, clearly all the ISPs need some catching up here. In the 500-999 segment, 46% of Airtel users quoted brand name as the reason for owning it. 50% of Net4India's users quote its quality of service as to why they're with that brand.
