Additional facts about the Vivo X100 Series cameras have leaked ahead of the scheduled debut of these premium flagship handsets in China. Vivo is expected to introduce two Vivo X100 series smartphones at an event in China, but it's unclear whether the third Vivo X100+ will also be revealed. Several leaks of the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro versions have recently inundated the gossip mill. A fresh leak implies that there are variances in camera design as well as camera hardware.

Vivo X100 series: Vivo X100 and X100 Pro Camera

The camera modules on both forthcoming smartphones will be designed differently, according to tipper Ishan Agarwal (@ishanagarwal24). The accompanying image depicts minor cosmetic differences between the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro camera layouts. One phone has a more oblong camera configuration (which does not appear to be a perfect circle) than the other, which has an ideal process. The Vivo X100 Pro's layout seems to be significantly larger than that of the Vivo X100. The volume and power buttons on the Vivo X100 Pro have also been raised somewhat.

The Vivo X100 Pro, according to the tip, boasts a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an f/1.75 aperture. A 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a periscopic telephoto camera with OIS and an f/2,5 aperture are reportedly included in the Vivo X100 Pro handset. The telephoto camera is supposed to have a 4.3X zoom.

In comparison, the camera configuration of the Vivo X100 appears to be significantly different. According to the tip, its primary camera is a 50-megapixel sensor with OIS but a brighter f/1.6 aperture. According to reports, the ultra-wide camera is the same as on the more expensive model. The telephoto camera is expected to have a 64-megapixel sensor, an f/2.6 aperture, and optical image stabilisation (OIS). However, its reach is believed to be restricted to 3X zoom.

According to previous leaks, the Vivo X100 would boast a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. A MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC will power the Vivo X100 phone and arrive in China with OriginOS 4, based on Android 14.

Regarding fundamental hardware, the Vivo X100 Pro is expected to offer similar specifications to the Vivo X100 and the same processor. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC is said to power the Vivo X100 Pro+.
