In order to provide consumers the greatest experience when the channels are introduced, the business is reportedly working on incorporating a number of channel features.

A full-width messaging interface in the conversation, verification status, the number of followers, the button to mute notifications, handles, the actual number of followers, shortcuts, the description of the channel, the toggle to mute notifications, visibility status, privacy, and reporting are among these features.

The features also demonstrate the company's commitment to providing users with a wide range of features to explore and use, as well as to making channel management simpler, according to the report.

Additonal upcoming feature

WhatsApp is reportedly working on an Android feature called "admin review" in addition to the broadcast channel conversation feature. Administrators of groups will be able to use the tools provided by this feature to better moderate their groups.

Members of the group will be able to report specific messages to the group administrator when this feature is enabled. When a member reports a message as inappropriate or in violation of the group's rules, the administrator may choose to delete it for all members.

WhatsApp is always working on new features that will make the user experience better and offer more privacy and security. The messaging platform recently added support for multiple devices, letting users use their account on multiple devices at the same time.

The new component currently permits clients to interface one more telephone as one of up to four extra gadgets, equivalent to when you connect with WhatsApp on internet browsers, tablets, and work areas. Each linked phone, whether an Android or iPhone, connects to WhatsApp independently, ensuring that private messages, media, and calls are encrypted from beginning to end.
