New Update
Vivo V5

The dazzling new smartphone for selfie lovers has a good 20 MP front camera with a bright white LED flash that takes credible selfies even in low light. However, the smartphone does have a few niggles that might put off prospective buyers.

  1. No full HD screen: The phone does come with a 5.5" inch display which is fast becoming the de facto standard for smartphones, as has been witnessed through the recent launches. Yet the number one disappointment is the lack of full HD display. We consider this aberration to be a probable reason for any prospective buyer to give this device a miss. You simply can't expect a user to compromise on this feature anymore.
  2. Single LED flash for rear camera: We are used to seeing dual LED flash at the back, some smartphones even have dual tone LED flashes that add a more natural flair to images. So, a single LED at the back is again a dampener.
  3. No USB C port: The Vivo V5 still has the microUSB port which is a regressive step considering other smartphones are fast adapting the USB C port.
